I used est:af436075 and run 'restrict' program in EMBOSS. One of the enzyme which cut this sequence is called 'Tth111II' . When using 'redata' program to search for this enzyme, result shows this is from unpublished observations. Since the default of 'restrict' is to search enzymes that is only commercially available, I think the appearance of 'Tth111II' is a bug. Please advise. Thanks.
