I am trying to install the Ebi_blast ( <http://oryx.ulb.ac.be/embosshelp/ebi_blast.html> http://oryx.ulb.ac.be/embosshelp/ebi_blast.html) and Ebi_tmhmm ( <http://oryx.ulb.ac.be/embosshelp/ebi_tmhmm.html> http://oryx.ulb.ac.be/embosshelp/ebi_tmhmm.html) programs or add them to my EMBOSS installation, and have had not success. Are these part of the latest release? I think I have version 4.1. Are these perl scripts? Thanks! Richard A.
