Hi,
I want to run prosextract, but I would like build prosite motif in directory of my choice. Now the only possibility is in this path : emboss/share/EMBOSS/data/PROSITE
Is it possbile to have got an option for choosing the output directory?I had tried by using the .embossrc file but only for this database (prosite) this file is not considered, prosextract used the emboss/share/EMBOSS/emboss.default file.
