Hi all, I was just looking at this page: http://emboss.sourceforge.net/docs/themes/SequenceFormats.html
This table lists GFF2 as one entry, and GFF/GFF3 as another. They link to: http://emboss.sourceforge.net/docs/themes/seqformats/gff2 and http://emboss.sourceforge.net/docs/themes/seqformats/gff respectively. These examples appear to be indentical (and the header says it is a GFF2 file). So I am a bit confused. Should one be a GFF3 file, and simply one file was uploaded twice by mistake?
