Sorry, we missed that update in goiing through the changes in the ajseq.c file.

We will add it to the next patch.

2) To help tfm to find the HTML documentation.

This one is wrong. If the documentation is not found in the install directory (which it should be with a standard 'make install') tfm looks in ajNamValueBaseDir which is the top level directory.

The Debian patch uses ajNamValueRootDir which is the emboss/ subdirectory used when finding uninstalled ACD files.

embossversion -full shows both these paths.
