I would be very important if you could isolate the situation where the
problem occurs. What are you doing before? Is it possible that it starts
after an error has occured? Does it occur when you refresh a page very fast?
(You may try to use the ab from the Apache distribution to put some high
load on your pages). Does it occur only after the request of specific pages?
