Make test for embperl is failing because of a permissions problem i think.

All the other tests are ok, the problems begin when it tries to do the mod_perl
tests - i want to use emperl especially with mod_perl.
mod_perl is version 1.24_01, apache is 1.3.14.
I have mod_perl running fine, so far as i am aware (ie i am writing modules
with no problems to date).
?
Has anyone any idea why things are not working for me?
