I guess one/some of your pages causes the @ISA (unintentionaly) to be
cleared. Maybe you use a module inside one of your pages that does it. Maybe
something in EmbperlObject went wrong and cause the clearence.
You should look which pages are executed by the same Apache child before the
request which fails occurs (maybe you can still retrieve from your
access.log). Then you should test if the execution of this page, always
causes the next request to fail. If this is the case, we are nearly at the
goal. You can take a look at this page, if you see anything on your own, if
not send me a embperl.log from the request which clears the @ISA.
