Well pretty much just the standard config that comes with - you might be
able to get away with less but this works:
mod_gzip_on Yes
mod_gzip_item_include file \.epl
mod_gzip_item_include file \.html
mod_gzip_item_include mime text/.*
I compiled mod_gzip in to my apache binary by putting it at the end of the
Configuration file.
