Not a Canadian firm (that I know of), but iserver.com has a pretty
nice setup that allows you to install mod_perl packages. I haven't
tried it with embperl yet, I just stumbled across it because I have a
client who is using them. But it appears that you can install your
own modules.
Your other option of course would be to see if you could run embperl as a CGI.
