I use MHonArc for the archive (http://www.oac.uci.edu/indiv/ehood/mhonarc.html). It has many settings and there is surely a way to rewrite email addresses, but I am not aware how to do it. If it is an issue for you, find out how to do it and I configure MHonARc accordingly.
