I didn't tested DBD::Sprite with DBIx::Recordset, but you may give make test
of DBIx::Recordset a try to see what is working. If joins are not working
DBD::Sprite you cannot use all features of DBIx::Recordset, but of course
you can use the parts that doesn't require joins
