Hello. I got below error while I am installing embperl 1.3.4 on REDHAT Linux 7. I gave chmod 777 to all files under test directory and it's subdirectories. But still getting this error. Anybody knows what am I doing wrong? Looks like it's not working in mod_perl mode.
