If yes, are you really using the same Apache and mod_perl in test and in life? For your last tests, did you load 2.0b6 only, or did you also load 1.3.4. Please try to load 2.0 only. Does this make any difference? If make test doesn't work? What is the exact error? How is your mod_perl compiled. Staticly or as DSO?
