Note.  This module assumes that only one of the two libraries are 
loaded.  If you load both (I can't yet, I'm still getting name 
conflicts) it will always use Embperl, which isn't right.  If someone 
wants to use this utility, I'll fix it to look at the call stack and 
do the right thing.
