Hi, Some people have ask about EMbperl 2 on mac os x. Two days ago I had the chance to install it there. There are two points which somebody who likes to try it needs to know:
make test will fail with unresolved symbols as soon as EMbperl is build with mod_perl support. This is due to the different dynamic linker and is the same for other BSD based systems. This is not a problem, when you only like to use Embperl with mod_perl. If you want to use it outside of Apache, you need to build without mod_perl supportt. In this case make test will work correctly.
