Thanks You for the answer. Still, i already found out that it works also if i put "value" in input tag. This way:

<input type=checkbox checked value="[+ $xxx +]" name="kayttaja_id">

Set optAllFormData in EMBPERL_OPTIONS in your httpd.conf
