new DBIx::Recordset maintainer requested

I am transitioning out of computer consulting and into teaching high 
school mathematics.

I do not have time to maintain Recordset.

Whoever takes it over should be ready to use SVN, Postgres, MySQL, 
SQLite, and of course Perl.
