make test fails

I can't get the make test to run correctly. I get the following error:

Help! I'm under the gun to get this up and running. I know this is a quiet list, but i'm hoping somebody can help me as quickly as possible. Here are my specs:

Linux 9.0
Apache 2.0.49 (built with Apache layout)
mod_perl 1.99_13
Embperl 2.0b11
