This is rather nitpicky, but I'd like to either move Embperl to the end 
of the above line or remove it entirely, without disabling the mod_perl 
or Perl tokens.

Is this possible without patching the source, perhaps by manipulating 
Apache via mod_perl itself?  If I have to patch it, where should I do so?
