Hi! I use debian testing for my embperl servers which run flawless ;-) apache2, mod_perl2 but I use a self-installed embperl cause the libembperl packages are embperl 1.3 afaik and not 2.0. Try to download the newest embperl 2.0beta and install it. The config files look ok.
