I noticed that with EP2 this
<meta http-equiv='Content-Type' content='[+ $content{$lang} +]'>doesn't work while
[- $http_headers_out{'Content-Type'} = $content{$lang}; -]seems to work fine... What's the problem? Under EP1 it used to work OK.

PS It's usually not a problem, but couple of my servers have russian or korean (or similar) version and then for some browsers/platforms one has to change encoding manually
