Yes, it is listed there, so I guess it is static.
I'm hoping that a successful move to Embperl 2.0 might make
it go away.
I don't expect so, since Embperl doesn't use threads.
Hmmm. I guess I'll have to take a look at the other modules I'm using and see which of them might be
using threads...
I will take a deeper look at it over the weekend and hopefully can tell you
want's wrong about the preloading afterwards
