Index handling is finally coming together in the various drivers. It's one of the nasty things that has to be handled in each driver differently, and almost certainly requires the hardware in the developer's hands for testing. I think most of the drivers are working today, except ppmc which Jon is working on, and stg. There are (at least?) two different stg cards and we ought to try to find volunteers to bring them (and a machine with an ISA slot) to fest in June, if we don't get it fixed before then. > Finally I've found that keyboard jogging in tkemc is jerky. Can you get us some more concrete information, like a halscope plot of position (maybe with velocity using a ddt block) and a copy of the entire configuration? The free mode planner used for jogging is very simple and hasn't been touched lately - I would be really surprised to find it broken this way, but I've been surprised before. Also what emc2 version are you using? Here is a short jog with position, vel, accel showing -- it looks exactly as expected: http://timeguy.com/cradek-files/emc/xjog.png Chris ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Take Surveys.
