hi, all
having compiled emc2.1.5 from source on ubuntu, now i am suffered from
running it.
when i type scripts/emc in a terminal, emc2 will be started up. and i select
axis as gui, then error occurs,like this(the same error with xemc and
keystick, only mini and tkemc work well):
EMC2 - Undetermined
Machine configuration directory is '/home/zfl/emc2/configs/sim'
Machine configuration file is 'axis.ini'
Starting EMC2...
Can't execute DISPLAY program /home/zfl/emc2/bin/axis
Shutting down and cleaning up EMC2...
Cleanup done
EMC terminated with an error. You can find more information in the log
files /root/emc_debug.txt
and
/root/emc_print.txt
as well as in the output of the shell command 'dmesg' and in the terminal
