hi all,
just setting up the G4 on ubuntu 6.06. I am having a problem with
trying to run "make xconfig" on the kernel. It keeps reporting back
CHECK qt

* Unable to find the QT installation. Please make sure that
* the QT development package is correctly installed and
* either install pkg-config or set the QTDIR environment
* variable to the correct location.
*
now I understand the error, but dont know if the QT dev packages are
installed or not.
can some one run me thru it?
