Well, I'm not sure a fan cutout is general enough to be a 
wizard.  Maybe a more general thing where you specify ID and OD 
and number of pie segments, and it does the rest.  I did this by 
CAD/CAM, as it has a bunch of G01, G02 and G03 moves.  (I can't 
now figure out why it has both G02 and G03 moves.)

But, I think it could be turned into an algorithmic process.
