If someone only downloaded the user manual then that would not work AFAIK. So I 
did the next best thing that I could think of and inserted a See the xxx 
section of the 
xxx manual for more information...

The links have been broken for some time now but I just recently had the bright 
idea  
to do a search for ?? in the pdf's to sniff them out as some don't seem to show 
up 
during the make.
