It's just emacs for me.  Since half of EMC is running under the real 
time environment, most IDEs are not suitable for all of EMC.
That is actually a bit of a pain, but we've chosen our real time 
environment, so we are stuck with the limitations of that system.  I've 
heard there are other real time environments that have much better 
debugging features.  (They used to be FAR worse under RT-linux, so I'm 
not complaining.)
