Tom Kramer mailed me a zip file for the ISO 14649 toolkit he is working on. I uploaded it to http://code.google.com/p/iso-14649-toolkit/ . It is not complete; Tom hopes to update it "to cover all of Parts 10 and 11 of ISO 14649, not just most of it." When he does, I will update the project.
Any preferences on GPL v2 vs v3? It's marked as v2 right now, though I lean towards v3. I have not replaced the NIST copyright notices yet. Mark
