hello John, the pinout tables were probably added by yours truly to the manual maybe 2 years ago.
The question marks simply mean that I was not able to verify that these onboard LEDs actually work as advertised. They probably do, but there are a lot of things that are only visible or adjustable in the FPGA-code, and isn't implemented or described in the HAL driver. (the counter control register for example, maybe also something with the watchdog?).
