Gentlemen:
I fwd this message to you hoping you could comment on licensing
because I know nothing, other then LGPL 3 cannot not be in EMC.
What can be ? (I think LGLP 2 or LGLP 2 or later) As you can read
Marc is offering to adjust the license so newer versions/bug fixes
 can continue to be included.

I will fwd any info to Marc.

Thanks
Chris Morley

>Hello Chris !

>Yes, I was thinking it's a good idea to update to the latest version of
the LGPL... It's the latest ClassicLadder v0.8.3 that is v3

>Tell me fastly if it's a really a problem to have softwares mixed
beetween the 2 versions ? So perhaps I can switch "back" to LGPL v2 if
>necessary...

>Greetings Marc.

>>I read on the sourceforge that you switched to GP3 license.

>>What version did you change to GP3. EMC cannot use any software

>>that is GP3 as it has GP2 license on some of its modules.

>>I have no idea about licenses- I read the discussion about other
