Hey Guys
I was thinking about hostmot2 and a stepper driven spindle.
If the hostmot2 stepper component had an index-enable then
someone using a stepper as a spindle ( in velocity mode )
could do threading or ridged tapping without installing an encoder.
Is that possible / useful to implement ?
