It's totally not obvious from the error messages, but the failure is 
because the Lenny buildslave is running 2.6.22 and lacks the 
argv_split() kernel function that I just started using in hostmot2.

argv_split() went into the kernel in 2007.  Hardy has it.  The Lenny 
instructions on the wiki say to install 2.6.30, which has it, but my old 
Lenny buildslave does not have it...

Is there an official cut-off of support for old kernels in master? 
(Clearly in v2_3_branch we need to support all kinds of old stuff.)
