Now that we're getting closer to the release of emc 2.4, I'd like to ask
translators to update their translations.  You can mail translation
improvements directly to me.  "git format-patch" format is preferred,
but I'll take what you can give me.

If you have the language expertise to add a new translation or improve
an existing one, please contact us on the mailing list.  You do need to
be able to build emc from "git" source, but there are some excellent
GUIs to help edit the message catalog files, which is 95% of the job
(gtranslator and kbabel).

Here are some stats from about the completeness of our translations:

Developers, remember to avoid adding or changing software messages when
you can.  When an untranslated message appears, a user will see the
message in English instead of his or her preferred language.

buildbot packages are the same as what I'd build, but they're available
