jepler just pointed out a bunch of flaws in that dif file, and I realised I have somehow picked up the wrong dif file to send.
This one addresses many of the issues including pins set up for testing that were meant to be variables and a missing initialisation of the initialisation counter. I have incorporated a faster way to calculate the phase trigonometry suggested by jepler. -- atp
