You can tar up your whole config directory and attach it. I think the
limit on the list for attachments is 24kB. Otherwise if you don't
have web space of your own, use a sharing service like filebin.ca,
pastebin.ca, etc.

Much better would be for you to figure out a way to reproduce the
problem on a sim configuration and share that one. That was
interested people (like me!) can just run it and see the problem. If
step by step instructions are required, please give us those too.

Here is what I did:

I tested 2.4.2 (configuration sim/axis) by loading and running
comp311.ngc (which uses T4, which had a diameter of 0.25 in my tool
table). comp311 does the same path twice, once with and once without
comp. This runs correctly and I get both paths and they match the
preview.

Then I changed T4 to 0.5 diameter and reloaded the tool table (at
which time the status line at the bottom of the screen updated and the
tool got bigger in the preview.) I then reloaded the file with
control-R and got a new preview with more comp offset. Running the
program gives me a path with the larger comp.

So for me, it works as expected, both in the preview and the actual
tool path.
