A couple of things:
1. the first 7I68s have the red power fail LED returned to 5V
in and it will glow dimly in normal operation (but very bright with power
fail) so this _may_ not be serious.
2. The 3X20, 5I71 or 6I71, PCIE cable, and 7I68 5V power must all be connected
before you turn on the PC (or the 3X20 will not be found by BIOS PCI
enumeration)
