Np.. I already have Glade 3.6.7 loaded up with Ubuntu 10.04. :-)

Well Dave It seems silly to make a new branch for such a little
feature....
maybe I could figure out how to make a patch....
I forgot to mention That GLADE 3.6.7 (like from Ubuntu 10.04)
must be used to edit the Glade file, though not needed to display it.
To say it another way- Ubuntu 8.04 's GLADE editor will not edit
gladevcp panels but will allow them to display.
