You should send questions such as these to the "user" email list:

The [email protected] address is used to distribute and gather information to the EMC2 developers.

But to answer your question. Classic Ladder has many uses. It can be used to control a tool changer, bar feeder, lubrication system, tool turret, etc.

Regarding your previous question regarding documentation. There is extensive documentation in the Wiki and the Website on both how EMC2 works and how
to operate EMC2.

Keep in mind there are several ways to ask questions about EMC2. The emc-users email list ([email protected]), the IRC, and the web forum are the first ones that come to my mind.
