It seem that you forgot to place 0001 patch. Without it 0003 fail to apply.
You really don't need INI_DIR. Take base directory of INI file (using
os.path.realpath to get canonical name).
Also there will be conflicts with touchy from master branch where ini file
processing is already implemented.

Maybe it's better to set relative filename in LOCAL_GLADE_FILE? So if you want
to test another glade file or want to easily switch between them you only need
to change this var value without renaming files.
