* Fix problems when various things contain spaces (but config paths with
spaces
don't work yet due to other bugs in halcmd and pickconfig)
* Change print and debug redirection so that they go to stdout/stderr
instead of to the terminal and can be subject to further shell redirection
* "-" as an inifile name allows use of the last inifile but preserves
positional arguments. This allows you to open the last configuration
*and*
open a gcode file (if you're using axis):
emc - /full/path/to/whatever.ngc

make stuff like
halcmd loadusr io -ini "path with spaces"
work. this disables inivar substitution on commands given on the halcmd
commandline but that feature doesn't seem to be used.
Unfortunately, all of these are in 2.3.0, so there must be another remaining
space-in-filenames problem -- maybe in the launchers produced by the various
programs? I don't know, but it should be looked into.
