Moustapha,

You can find the source code for all of the user interfaces under
src/emc/usr_intf
(http://git.linuxcnc.org/gitweb?p=emc2.git;a=tree;f=src/emc/usr_intf;h=ddddabb02448ff22669c2349a7d273645ab2aabf;hb=HEAD).
If one of those is close to what you want to do, then just modify it. They are
written in a variety of languages, Python, Tk/Tcl, C/C++, etc.

If you want to roll your own you might look into emcrsh
(http://wiki.linuxcnc.org/emcinfo.pl?Emcrsh) for machine control, and halrmt
(http://wiki.linuxcnc.org/emcinfo.pl?Halrmt) to interface with hal. Both have
plain text telnet like interfaces and can be used either locally or over a
network, making them quite easy to use with any language, including scripts.

Regards,
Eric

All of the data generated in your IT infrastructure is seriously valuable.
Why? It contains a definitive record of application performance, security
threats, fraudulent activity, and more. Splunk takes this data and makes
sense of it. IT sense. And common sense.
