Probably i've forgot to make clean first... Also my build is a bit truncated:
./configure --enable-run-in-place --enable-simulator --disable-gtk [and tk/tcl
paths]

I've based theese fixes on 2.5 branch since I thought that they are bugfixes.
Probably you've got some merge issues? May you try 2.5 branch?
