Summary: trivial bug in halcmd save nets

Initial Comment:
do_save_cmd()
...save_nets()

"step 2" and 'step 3" fprint statements produce right arrow as "=>" instead of
"==>".

I accidently stumbled over this when reading saved output into a script I wrote.

All the data continuously generated in your IT infrastructure contains a
definitive record of customers, application performance, security
threats, fraudulent activity and more. Splunk takes this data and makes
sense of it. Business sense. IT sense. Common sense.
