Thanks for the info, I've added this information to the documents README file
and will check all the english documents to be sure they follow this. As the
German, Spanish and Polish documents have not been translated yet I will copy
the english ones to them after I'm done so all documents are on the same page
when someone starts to translate them.

Note : the parameter:lang: is well, not :language:
The parameters are interpreted well before the load files lang-xx.conf
and the other files .conf
It is particularly important for the parameters as :lang:
The typical authorized attributes : /doctype/, /lang/, /encoding/,
/icons/, /data-uri/, /toc/, /numbered/
