Summary: G10 L1 error with only front angle or back angle setting
Initial Comment:
G10 L1 (set tool table) can be used to set front angle and back angle of a
lathe tool using I or J words. If the I or J setting is the only offset on the
G10 line, you get an error ("G10 L1 without offsets has no effect").
The attached patch fixes this problem.
