Yes, that is the case that it _should_. But seems that nobody knows for sure.
I remember, that there were some particularly to rcslib related things
removed. Fort example, if I remember correctly, up to EMC2 2.2.x there
was emc.nml file in the config directory and this file had something
to do with rcslib. Starting with 2.3.0 there was something removed in
the code and emc.nml is no more necessary.

So let me rephrase my question:
Can anyone suggest me, which was last EMC2 version, certainly known to
work with rcslib?

That is why I am looking for a programmer.
BTW Maybe someone from the list members is willing to volunteer? I do
intend to pay for the efforts.

I have a potential client that is building large machines and I would
like to take over the part of controlling their machines.
It is serious money involved and their existing control guys will do
whatever it takes to convince everybody that my solution (read:
LinuxCNC) is worthless, so I need a working example as a proof of
concept. And only then _maybe_ I will be able to convince them and get
at least a pilot project with them.

I do not have problem of getting 2 or 3 small machines to be
controlled by LinuxCNC. What I need is to synchronize them, so that
they work all together.
