I wrote the pcl720.comp driver for someone who had one in an existing
machine. (multi-spindle router)
I don't know if he is still using it.
The PCL720 looks like a potentially rather useful card, and there is a
PCI version (untested with the driver comp)

If rtapi abstracts inb and outb then I probably just need to make the
driver use the rtapi_inb and rtapi_outb versions? (I wasn't aware of
them when I wrote the driver)
