Hi, Sam. I published some limited xenomai latency/jitter results a while ago (https://sites.google.com/site/manisbutareed/linuxcnc-2-5). I didn't see anything approaching 100us on the two systems I tested. I had previously posted rtai results for the two systems on the Wiki latency-test page. I found Michael's xenomai kernel to be less spiky than Charles' early RT-Preempt kernel but I haven't tried RT-Preempt again since the work was merged. YMMV.
